ECFH Global Investment Solutions Limited (ECFH Global Investments) is the newest, fully owned subsidiary company of the East Caribbean Financial Holding Company Limited (ECFH).  The formation of this Company is a culmination of the ECFH Group's vision, to continue its strategic role as one of the leading pioneers in the regional financial and capital markets.

Prior to the establishment of ECFH Global Investments, the Bank of Saint Lucia Limited - Investment Banking Division was the brokerage and investment banking arm of the ECFH Group.

The steady growth in these key business areas combined with the levels of success in the capital markets placed the ECFH Group in a unique position to achieve organic growth by focusing strategically on providing specialized capital and financial market services.

ECFH Global Investments was established on May 27, 2008 with a mandate to further develop the local and regional capital and financial markets, through four (4) key strategic lines of business:
